About Club Penguin

Club Penguin is a fun game for all ages. You may not believe it, but even some grandmas play Club Penguin! I always try to get my mom to play Club Penguin, but she says it’s stupid. I even made a penguin for her! Club Penguin was introduced to the world in August 2005, by a free games site named Miniclip. It was created by a company called “Horizon Interactive” in 24 of October, 2005. Later on, Sony was going to buy it for $450,000,000 but changed they’re minds. Disney heard about this, and made a deal with Horizon Interactive to buy Club Penguin for $350,000,000. From then on, Club Penguin has been owned by Disney.

How to play for Beginners

So here is a little tutorial on how to play it.

The map is always in the bottom left. Using the map, you can go to different places by clicking on them.

Your player card can always be found by clicking the star. With the player card you can change your penguins clothes. To buy clothes you have to subscribe to the Club Penguin membership program which costs $5.95 a month. Once you are subscribed, you can play games and earn coins to buy clothes on Club Penguin. You can also play games and earn coins before you are a member, but you can’t really use them.

To talk, you can use safe chat or write what you want to say in the chat bar. You can also use emotes.
